Michelle C. Muratori, Ph.D.

Drawing on her years of experience working as a coordinator and counselor of gifted students in the National Academy of Arts, Sciences, and Engineering, an early college entrance program at The University of Iowa (UI), Michelle Muratori was inspired to study the academic, social, and personal adjustment of students who enter college early. Muratori holds a doctorate in counseling psychology from UI, and continues to advocate for and work with highly gifted students and their families through the Center for Talented Youth at Johns Hopkins University as a senior counselor and researcher. In addition, she teaches master’s level courses as a faculty associate in the Counseling and Human Services Department at Johns Hopkins University.
