Michelle Davis, M. Ed., is the founder of ABCs for Life Success, a consulting group delivering services to educators, families, and schools with a focus on the academic, social, and emotional success of students with a wide variety of special and gifted education needs. Michelle is an experienced, passionate expert consultant for children who has also been a special educator in the public school system. She is skilled in child-centered evaluation, program analysis and development, navigating the special education process, and developing effective individual student plans that prepare students for success in school, and in life. She is an adjunct professor at George Washington University and developed the Special Needs Advocacy Training Institute. Special interests include parent school partnerships, effective audit of student plans, role of experts in special education, and parent training. She is the author of Special Needs Advocacy Resource Book and School Success for Kids With Emotional and Behavioral Disorders.
