Harriet S. Mosatche

Harriet S. Mosatche, Ph.D, is a developmental psychology researcher and award-winning author. Her latest book is Breaking Through!: Helping Girls Succeed in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (Prufrock Press, 2016). Mosatche has provided expert advice on television, radio, and the Internet; in books, magazines, and newspapers; and through interactive workshops. Working with a diverse group of coadvisers, her popular online column (AskDrM.org) offers advice to children, teens, young adults, and parents around the world.

Previously a tenured college professor, psychology department chair, and Girl Scouts of the USA vice president, Mosatche currently provides executive/leadership coaching to nonprofit organizations, corporations, and private clients (MosatcheGroup.com). She has codirected research projects for the National Institutes of Health and National Science Foundation and served on peer review panels for the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, and National Science Foundation.
