Joyce VanTassel-Baska, Ed.D., is the Jody and Layton Smith Professor Emerita of Education and former Executive Director of the Center for Gifted Education at William & Mary. Tamra Stambaugh, Ph.D., is a associate research professor of special education and director of Programs for Talented Youth (PTY) at Vanderbilt University. Margie Campbell is a gifted education teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools.
