Scholarship Opportunities for High-Achieving, Low-Income Students

We wanted to take a moment to let you know about some fantastic scholarship opportunities for gifted students.

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation offers some of the largest scholarships available for exceptionally high-achieving, low-income students. Scholarships are open to students beginning in eighth grade continuing through the college years. Scholarships can be as large as $40,000.

The foundation's Young Scholars Program offers comprehensive educational advising and financial support from the eighth grade through high school. The College Scholarship Program is an undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend the nation’s best 4-year colleges and universities. Finally, the foundation's Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship focuses on the nation's top community college students seeking to complete their bachelor’s degrees.
