Sally Reis and Joe Renzulli are icons in gifted education and have advocated compacting for many years now. They define all the steps and goals. They assess student interests. They share advice from teachers who are very experienced with compacting as well as answering questions that are commonly asked. A very concise summary is presented as well as a resource list.
