Practical Strategies to Support a Growth Mindset in your School
As an elementary school principal in a large urban school district I found this book to be extremely impactful to administrators, teachers as well as parents and community members. We are working in a time with increased accountability measures and this book provides practical strategies for creating a growth mindset in your school. This book provides real world examples and suggestions for leading a school with a growth mindset and how to develop a growth mindset with staff, stakeholders, as well as during the day to day monitoring of the instructional program and our curriculum frameworks. I enjoyed the practical, hands on suggestions administrators can implement in our day to day work. More important for busy administrators is that this book is an easy read.
