Katherine P. Howe has 34 years teaching experience on the elementary, secondary, and college level. She has developed and implemented Connetquot School District’s Gifted and Talented Program for grade levels 4, 5, and 6. Dr. Howe received her doctorate from Hofstra University in 1996.
