Please include the title of the book, author(s), ISBN, the specific content to be reprinted (e.g., passage, table, figure), how the content will be used, page(s), and number of copies. If the material will be reprinted in another publication, please also include a brief description of the following:
- title and author or editor of publication,
- publisher,
- initial print run and estimated cost of the publication, and
- anticipated publication date.
Before requesting permission, please check to be sure the material you wish to reproduce is not credited to another source. Prufrock Press can only authorize permissions for material for which it holds the copyright.
All permission requests will be processed within 7–10 business days of their receipt. A fee may be assessed, and fees will vary based on the nature of the request.
